Tom Musau is the former Group ICT and Broadcast Manager of Radio Africa Group and an entrepreneur by profession. Radio Africa is the parent company for Classic 105, Kiss 100, Radio Jambo, East FM, XFM, The Star Newspaper, Bamba TV, Mpasho among other brands. He is a former employee of Standard Media Group and Nation Media Group. He previously worked in the banking industry.
Tom was born in Trans Nzoia County, Kitale, Kenya in 1983 at Mt.Elgon Hospital. He undertook his primary education at Kitale Academy, later proceeded to Lugulu Boarding until class 8. He went for his high school at Friends School Kamusinga, a popular institution in Western Kenya.
He proceeded to Strathmore University for a bachelors degree in Information Technology. He also holds a Diploma in ICT and Management from JKUAT University and a Diploma in Oracle 10g from IST.
At Radio Africa Group, Tom spearheaded the implementation of the largest end to end ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system customization in the media industry that led to automation of media business process, prevented revenue leakage and massive cost cutting through employee rationalization program in 2016
Tom has undertaken more than 20 international certificates and training in the ICT industry, he is ranked among the top 10 highly experienced and certified ICT practitioners in Kenya.
